Gnocchi, Tuna, Basil & Goats Cheese
Prep time: 5 minutes - no joke
A quick and easy store cupboard meal tonight that went down a treat! XO is 9 months next week and he had 12 pieces of gnocchi, he probably ate about 8 in total. I stirred in a tsp of goats cheese and had about a tbls of tuna left over in the fridge. As usual I used a bit of basil and black pepper for taste.
If you prefer not to give your child soft goats cheese [although the sainsbury’s version is pasteurised, it just doesn’t say on the box] you could substitute for greek/plain yoghurt.
